AGENTMILE – blockchained real estates

The real estate market is going now through some significant changes. Revolution in a banking system (also connected with incorporating blockchain into the financial world), directly touched this sphere. Nothing wonder that new projects linked with real estate pop up like mushrooms after a rainy night. Let me introduce you another, but this time a unique project from this field– Agent Mile.

Benjamin Frankin once said, “in this world, nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes”. More than two centuries later I would add to this list one, a very important position “properties”. Since at least last 50 years, investing into the real estate was the safest asset localization. But with the property prices increasing almost everywhere in the world, it slowly becoming more and more difficult. Or rather it was until somebody came up with the idea to use blockchain as a solution. When I am writing this review, the idea of buying or renting a flat with the tokens is not revolutionary anymore and even my retired neighbour could lend some with the cryptocurrency. He could but he will not, because of the existing barriers Agent Mile promises to fight with.

But let’s start from the beginning. Behind AgentMile, ICO stands two opened in 2015 startups – AgentDrive and AgentGrow. AgentDrive is an award-winning real estate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and marketing platform, now used by over 1,000 real estate professionals in 20 countries. With the AgenDrive CRM system, they can handle over 100,000 properties. AgentGrowth, on the other hand, is a real estate website builder launched in early 2018. AgentDrive was awarded “Great User Experience Award 2017” and “Rising Star Award 2017” by FinancesOnline. Now is the time to plant AgentGrowth and Drive on the blockchain field.

Implementing the blockchain solution will improve the property searching process and cash flow process. Also, this revolutionary technology allows to work without the borders and more precisely responds on investor – consumer demands.

Token

The Agentmile token is called ESTATE and it’s based on EIP20 protocol (Ethereum Improvement Protocol) which is just a fancy name of ERC20 protocol many other projects uses for their ICO. Details about the project’s tokenomic you can check on the picture below:

Sort:

I don't think that this project has some chances for a high ROI. There is too many similar things on the blockchain and not even one has been much succesful.

On the other hand, they just need to modify existing platforms (AgentDrive & Growth) for the blockchain. Who knows, maybe they will be successful? With the altcoins (or sht coins as some call them), it's incredibly hard to predict a result;)

Agree. Never know:)

PROs and CONs are written together. It is easy to get confused. But in general review is ok.
