Due to the effects of past successful ICOs, current market seems to be easily falling into the trap of its hype and futuristic website design. The ICOs like Icon and Dragonchain has put the general public in a very dangerous spot, always looking for the next big ICO to get the highest multiplier regardless of tech or whatsoever. There is an urgent need for a neutral authority/organization formed by the group of highly respected people in the crypto industry to verify the viability and authenticity of the claims made by these ICOs. The group needs to have people whom are spread across the world and can provide an unbiased opinion. This will allow us to easily disregard the not so good ICOs in the market and protect peoples' hard-earned money.
