• We will provide an API key for registered businesses/companies who wish to extend their own websites with holding their own job board that will only display their job adverts they have posted and are live on the UlteriorJobs platform.
• The UTR Token will allow Jobseekers to display their portfolio to the respective employer and agencies within the live feed discussions section. Jobseekers will be able to swap their UTR if they choose to and gain further functionality with gaining access to the professionally created CV templates, video training and more.
• The employers and agencies will be able to advertise their business using the UTR Token, and again will have the option to change using the credits system for more functionality with further business advertising options and job advertising. With our Credits system, you will be able to change your UTR Token into an internal credit to gain more functionality.

A great project. Blockchain is taking over everything

The 'tokenization' of various assets has only barely started. I predict a booming market in the tokenisation of various assets through trusted parties. Smart contracts, ok, but we still need a trusted intermediary to tie real assets to digital assets.

I wish I was a tech expert ;)

In my opinion the Blockchain concept in the Sphere of Recruitment is really effective and the Candidates can access their data really effectively and one stuff can be added means both Companies and Candidates should be registered for this so that the collaboration can be done in an effective way.
