Is there a list of decentralized exchanges so far or are they all in the beta/ICO stage? I keep seeing people post about decentralized exchanges, but no one really ever says which one/ones they use.

So would this be any better than the bitshare platform?

There's WCX, based in Hong Kong, who, according to their own Q&A section, are starting out as a centralized exchange but plan to have "decentralizing wallets" by Q3 of 2018.

The ICO starts October 1, but you can purchase them "pre-sale" for what I assume to be a better price; however, the lowest amount you can purchase is 250,000 WCXT (at over 6 BTC).

You can also earn 50 "free" WCXT plus 5% off of future purchases of them when you sign up to their mailing list through a referral link, which I did. You also earn another 50 WCXT for every person that signs up through your referral link.
