**Strict rules for ICO companies in Russia!**

in #ico7 years ago

Hello Friends Steemians!

According to the publication of regulation.gov.ru Russian
government will introduce strict rules for the original
offering coins. It would really be nice to have regulations,
because% of the losers are starting to increase.
The law defines coins as "records in a distributed information system,
created by cryptographic algorithms. "

Companies offering ICO must be registered in
Russian Federation and have a license to issue the crypto flag.
Companies must have capital of at least $ 1.7 million, they must create
Russian bank account and sell their coins only for rubles.
Quite interesting news, this is a decree that has not yet been approved.
There are a lot of disagreements, very unspecified.
For example, nothing is said about sales, discounts that are given to investors
there is no mention of the so-called "lock" prohibiting resale
for a certain period of time.

"The bill on" digital financial assets "created
by the Ministry of Finance, legalized the initial offering of coins,
along with other activities related to cryptoLight.
Critics also fear that the decree prepared by
The Ministry of Telecommunications, will force Russian companies,
who collect funds through ICO campaigns, organize the sale
coins elsewhere. Artem Inutin,
managing partner of TMT Investments, told Kommersant:

"We have not seen an ICO campaign in Russia. All coin sales are made abroad. ""
