Workkola has been working for two years in a proven solution, expanding the possibilities by enhancing and changing the "Brand Talent". Talent Branding replaces the resume with the help of a system of indicators, certifications, and endorsements, oriented to people, based on hard and soft skills.
This works as a certificate of abilities and a track record of achievements and skills. Workkola helps students with digital quality demonstrate their skills, create their own talented brands and find amazing job opportunities, helping companies evaluate and attract proven talent. With over 17,000 students and more than 1,500 companies on board, the current Workkola platform is already working hard to change talent assessment and talent placement.
And now the team plans to apply all capabilities and benefits of blockchain technology to impact the world with their Skyllz distributed platform.
The distributed Skyllz platform (SDP) will be an open, blockchain-based and distributed protocol for skills testing that aims to create a universal and evolving ecosystem that will change the way we showcase and enhance our talents.
The SDP Architecture:
- Application layer: where STapps can participate and benefit from the ecosystem on top of the SDP
- Service layer: providing the necessary technology and abstraction, through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to support the application layer
- Blockchain layer: the Ethereum protocol has been chosen as the technological platform for the SKT, Proof-of-Skill and smart contracts

It is non-tradeable and handles skills validations as traceable annotations on the Ethereum Blockchain.SKT
The Skyllz Token is an exchangeable utility ERC-20 compliant token that fuels the SDP ecosystem and operations. It enables users to participate, validate and certify their skills across applications.
Business Model
Skyllz Distributed Platform (SDP) allows itself and the STapps on top of it (such as Workkola) to create value- impactful and economic value.
Skyllz Token allows the exchange of value across the SDP and within each Application on it. SKT will help each application build its own internal business model around it.
Like example, Workkola’s business model is a transaction fee revenue model in SKT when a sponsored challenge is posted (by a Challenger), a solution is submitted (by a Talent), and a professional opportunity is matched between a Talent and an employer.

ICO will be held in three stages. Private presale is scheduled for the first quarter of 2018 and will be available only to accredited investors. Public presale and the main stage of the crowdsale are scheduled for the third quarter of 2018. Depending on the regulation rules in different countries, some residents may be limited access to participate in the crowdsale.
During the period of token sale, already existing users of Worklola with points will be given a 1-to-100 exchange for that amount of SKT, which will enable early ignition. A total of 800 million SKT tokens will be sold, and 1 ETH will be valued at 40,000 SKT.
