The finish the story format was suppose to allow the players an opportunity to set the scene for next seasons games.
I didn't play last season. I used my entry to kind of introduce my character to Cryptopia.
I think I left myself a lot of leeway for writing some in the winter rounds.

No Discord is not required. It suits me well because it moves slow. The season lasts for months. The second season will start soon. just click on @pifc and you can see some of what they do.
The grand prize last season was 155 steem. But there are little rewards through the season for different rounds. Besides the challenges are really unique and fun. The community is also very friendly and welcoming.
They had some scavenger hunts last time that were fun just to watch.
