Second time was because your answer was looking as if you are a robot answering without thinking. You thanked me for a "valuable" comment but you even didn't realized what I was trying to tell you.
You seems not understanding what is the spam and what's the meaning of copyright and plagiarism. Steem don't need any copies of others aritcles. You have to create it by yourself.

Delete (edit) all your plagiarized posts first. Those which are posted 7 days later you can edit using eSteem Surfer by the way.

That's really adorable!You just select all your stolen post text and write "I've stolen content from others but I promise never do it again and I beg to forgive me" instead of it. Also change all the post headers/titles to "Plagiarized content removed". Seems you are very good on copy-pasting so just copy and paste these texts from my comment.
eSteem Surfer is an application for computers. It's a client for Steem. Download the app from https://esteem.app from there you can edit your old posts as well (after 7 days usually you can not edit the post anymore but eSteem Surfer will do it).
I removed last 7 days all my post. Please remove all the flagged from my ID and back my rating.

Very good! Now using eSteem Surfer you should remove all the other stuff as well. It allows to edit posts older than 7 days. If you will do it, I'll remove my flags and would give you some upvotes here on your comments to raise your reputation.
