This is an interesting thought and one that could certainly be developed here on Hive and on many other blockchains that are transaction-fee free. I think we could probably do some very small pilots for things like this in the coming year or two but some intracacies need to be hashed out.
For one, we need communities where passwords are required of some sort, or access is granted or denied based upon either collective decisions or a single administrator. I think that would be a very interesting improvement to have and it would allow us to post more sensitive content to a blockchain and have it remain confidential since it is backed up by specific keys like active instead of simply posting.
It is worth considering. I would love to engage in a pilot of some kind.
