Technically you have a point - but do any of these American presences do more than sit behind walls? :c)
No criticism there. Embassies are embassies. I'm talking about founding a fully functioning microstate/ city right between USA and Mexico. :c)

We have established that you are more of an authority on the situation concerning the United States in America.
While I really wasn't expecting that particular question to be answered (it being more of a reference to embassies in general (which do not typically engage in the building of hubs of civilization)) from your most recent response it seems that you know something that I may not.
