Medical privacy laws are pretty strict.
They only get away with asking because nobody has fought it through the courts, yet.
A much used tactic on 'their' part.
If the judge tells cop A to stop, he didn't tell cop B to stop, now did he?

I haven't had to push back on hippa privacy act violations, but if I keep going into town I'm likely to have to at some point.

'Are you asking me to divulge my medical information?
I think I'm suing you for breaching my hippa rights, now.'

But, so far nobody has jammed me up about not wearing a mask.
I couldn't imagine flying, but I don't run an international concern, either.
