Part 2 the second contact and the desire for more
The story of addiction continues, in this part I try to go into what feelings develop and what danger it holds, with each further win.
After I went to the bar with my then boyfriend and invited him for a drink, my feelings were still great that I had won, and raved about it all evening. We were of course in my regular bar where other friends were and some strangers at the time, these I proudly told about it.
As it was at the time, there were also in pubs slot machines that laughed in my eye all the time. My friends had of course noticed that I had the machines, all the time in the eye. I let myself encourage by them, and put there also again money purely. Some of them had said "Don't do it, you can't always be lucky". I didn't want to listen to that, and pressed. The 3 reels were spinning again. The first press was a loss. So I pressed again, and as it should be, I won! I pressed until I had a draw and there was 30 DM on the counter again. My friends celebrated me and I paid the next local round.
What do I want to say with it?
At that moment I felt just wonderful, so many people who were suddenly your friends. Only are they your friends?
"From today's perspective, absolutely not."
When you have money and people are invited, all of a sudden they're all your best friends. We'll find out in the next parts what wrong friends can do, and how it also changed my person.
But now back to this evening. You suddenly have the feeling of being the center of attention and this feeling is simply wonderful, I thought at the time. That was also the first change in my head, where I said to myself, if money is so easy, then money is all you need. From today's perspective, this was the beginning of losing the value of life, when you can achieve everything with money.
The next morning, it was the normal routine, breakfast, shower, teeth brushing and so on. All the time I was thinking about how fast I had made money. I wanted to try it again! So I got into the car and drove to the nearest gambling house. Once there, I was immediately met by a pretty blonde (who was, of course, the waitress). She had asked me immediately for a coffee and whether I would like to drink anything else. I was surprised and at the same time completely out of the house how friendly they were.
I sat down at a slot machine and started playing again. At this point I felt comfortable and had coffee a coke and was able to make money. What more could you want as an 18 year old. I called a friend of mine and told him everything. He came right over and played too.
The time passed and the first profit was already in the bag. After about 2 hours we had left the arcade and went to lunch. What did I do again, I invited my buddy.
What do we learn from the last paragraphs, if not then read them again. The service staff in a gambling house is trained to make the player feel comfortable, so that he stays longer at the machine with free drinks and finger food from time to time. But more about this in the next part.
Thank you very much!
The life story will be continued with the next part. I would be pleased about comments and whether you have already collected experiences with the addiction.
Dear @bigsavage, we need your help!
The Hivebuzz proposal already got important support from the community. However, it lost its funding a few days ago and only needs a few more HP to get funded again.
May we ask you to support it so our team can continue its work this year?
You can do it on Peakd, ecency,

Your support would be really appreciated.
