Vegetable biryani is the most famous healthy and delicious recipe of India.It goes well with raita papad and follow my easy step by step process of making Biryani.
- First of all in a bottom pot add oil.
2.Add fenugreek, bay leaves,cloves, cinnamon,green cardamom and black cardamom.
Add onions and saute until onions become brown in colour.
Add carrots, cauliflower,green peas and fresh beans and saute.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 3-5 minutes.
Then add the masalas- turmeric powder green chilly powder garam masala red chilly powder and chopped tomatoes and mix them well.
Add the washed and dried basmati rice and saute.Add water and salt.Mix well. Cover the lead untill the rice is done.
Last but not the least garnish with mint leaves. Serve the hot vegetable biryani with raita and pickle.

I would suggest the use of brown or red rice as they are a healthier option. Also, the oil must not be any hydrogenated oil. You can use natural clarified butter, peanut oil, coconut oil, olive oil or some other healthier option.
