Yes, This is story of me. This is my first post.
I am a student pursuing my under graduation degree. I have been working in Machine learning and data science for past couple of years but still i couldn't find any job as data science in India. Because
In India there is system called experience system. where you should have minimum some years of experience for this post and this sucks. First data scientist jobs are growing, but the experience required for all these jobs are from 6-14 years. now what should i do. I have all the knowledge that the company requires. but because of my experience nobody consider's me. maybe any HR or other person can explain me this because as a 20 year old boy this is very much frustrating.
