The Bar Council Chairman Manan Mishra welcomed government's stand of not interfering over the "selective" case allocation issue raised by four senior-most Supreme Court judges. Justices J Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, Madan B Lokur and Kurien Joseph had held a press conference in New Delhi on Friday alleging that that the administration of the top court is "not in order" and many "things less than desirable" have happened in last few months. The chairman, commenting on apex court judges addressing the media over the issue, said: "Such chance should not be given in future."
