The recipe is very simple and quick to make at home. It is an all time favorite snack for many(WITH TEA AND COFFEE). Masala pori is one of the easy to make and tasty snacks that is prepared very commonly in Indian homes..!
This is my husband's favorite snack and I love to prepare it once in a while.

- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Add to mustard seeds and Bengal gram then fry well.
- Add green chilly (Red chilly) and coriander leaves.
- Add Little ginger and garlic. ( it gives extra crunchy taste) roast in low frame.
- Add turmeric powder and mix well. As pori has salt mixed with it, I prefer to add very little salt. If you need you can add salt as per you tastes.
- Turn off the stove.
- Now that the masala pori ready to be served . Enjoy the snacks!
