Diwali: The festival of fireworks

in #india3 years ago

In India, Diwali is a pretty big festival we all look forward to. Lighting up firecrackers and looking at them as they get more and more beautiful, we just can't have enough of it. On this occasion I wish you all a happy Diwali! This year India government had actually banned a lot of firecrackers, But we definitely wanted to burst some. After alot of searching we managed to get quite a few firecrackers. These included some fire sticks (Known as JhurJhuri), Flower pots, Rotating spinners etc. Our apartment was decorated with light bulbs and looked really pretty.

We busted out hearts out along with the crackers (disclaimer: we did not actually burst our hearts out). Overally we had alot of fun, This was a day to remember.

After about 2 hours of lighting up fire crackers we were all really tired, and we got to enjoy a hot meal made by my mom. It was delicious. It was a tiring and a fun day, and a Diwali to remember. Once again, Happy Diwali to everyone!
