Elements:
Chicken a hundred grams. an entire chicken cut into 8-10 items can work gret
★1/2 cup mustard oil
★4 bay leaves
★4-6 dried red chilies
★4 whole inexperienced cardamom
★2 tbsp sugar
★2 cups chopped/sliced onions
★2 medium onions for paste
★4 cloves of garlic for paste
★1 one in. stick of ginger for paste
★4 tomatoes, sliced (or associate degree sixteen ounce will of sliced tomatoes can do)
★2 tsp of salt
★2 tbsp coriander powder
★1 tsp turmeric powder
★1 tsp roast cumin powder
★1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
★1 tsp garam masalla
★1-2 tbsp cilantro, finely sliced
Steps:
- Heat the mustard oil in a very deep cooking pan Ro cooking pan over medium/medium-high heat
- When hot, add the cardamom pods, bay leaves, dried red chili and so sugar and stir for a moment
Add the sliced/chopped onions and saute till they're golden and caramelized
Meanwhile mix garlic, ginger and onion to create a paste and add it to the caramelized onions
Saute 3-4 minutes and so add within the chicken
Stir the chicken within the oil for two minutes till the chicken is uniformly
coated with then spicesAdd the turmeric powder and saute a further 5-6 minutes
Add salt and stir
Keep preparation till the chicken surface or the skin starts turning a small amount brownOnce brunette, add within the onion, ginger, and garlic paste and stir for an additional 4-5 minutes
- Now add the coriander powder, red flavourer, and cumin powder. Stir within the spices well and saute for 2-3 minutes
Add the sliced tomatoes and additional saute for 5-8 minutes
Keep sauteing till the tomatoes ar utterly incorporated. If the spices begin protrusive to the pot, add a table spoon ofwater or additional to deglaze however confine mind on keep dish simply wet and not wet.
- Add the garam masala powder and saute for additional two minutes
Remove from flame, garnish with cilantro and canopy the chicken.
- Serve heat with paratha, ruti, or plain rice
