RE: Being Back In Indiana

in #indiana6 years ago

Yeah I know what you mean about crypto content, products and business when markets are down. I was doign a lot of crypto tee shirts a while back and it was amazing, my sales activity mirroed the markets. When prices were up sales were up, when prices tanked sells went away completely.

I was actually talking to a guy yesterday who wanted to start a business inthe crypto space. I told him right now he will have absolutely no success with the direction he's trying to go. I said I can't tell you not to do it because if thigns pick back up and you've already got something ready to go while others are scrambling to hop on the fad train you'll do very well, but I said right now the general public doesn't care and even a lot of people who in the past were into crypto, many of them have tuned out.

I'd love to see you start another Youtube Channel that's about non crypto stuff. You're a fascinating dude, talking to you at the beach that day was an awesome experience hearing about you leaving Indiana to move out to AZ and a lot of the stuff you did out there. You're entrepreneurial experiences. I think you have a lot of info to share on a lot of subjects and I think you could attract a whole new audience outside of just crypto, heck could even help grow crypto adoption as one channel brings in the mainstream people and you can then kinda slowly start to introduce them to it.

Just something to think about, I know it takes an incredibly long time to get montized so it would be more of a longterm plan.

Well initially I would have liked the channel to be "making money online" Which would heavily involve crypto and then lifestyle related stuff about me and the traveling. So it would be an all in one channel kind of thing. Because a lot of these guys who were doing workout related stuff turned a lot of it into business and lifestyle as well.

I would love to be able to do that but I kind of feel like I would need other people around me filming and being part of my team....etc and I feel like my best bet would be to hunker down and live like I'm broke and keep building positions in crypto and then when the next surge hits I can hit it in a better stride and look like a bigger authority.

I hate to get triggered by others content but it really did seem that the people who knew the least about crypto were getting the biggest followings in the last boom. I still just shake my head at the followings DataDash ended up with giving his nonsense charting bullshit. People are really into the fake technical analysis which is annoying to me.

It is kind of like we said before....... there is always this worry that we will seem like a total fraud sell out guy if we are selling courses or charging for things but to tell you the truth it is 100 times more valuable then a lot of the people who just jump in there and pretend to be experts and just make stuff up like Tanner J Fox.
