Why online book sellers do not have a pipeline to physical stores for indie authors?

Recently, I was investigating on Publisher's Weekly, a renowned magazine that has top best-sellers list. All the time, old authors has head the positions and I'm thinking if something changes, better stories grows healthy, creative, well-inspected and follow the rules of pitch, then a startup platform could comes properly to fiscalize through Artificial Intelligence what considers pure and crystalline.
With retailers selling indie authors, the prosperous number of Walmart, Amazon, Simon & Schuster, Instacart and Wholesale will pursue what is real, true, factual also in the fiction.
Instead of comprising repetitive renowned authors style of fiction, the startup AI and retailer will promote an excellence of new content ordered by algorithm, i. e., following detailed aspects from 3 acts to arcs to description and setting to language.
