Salam sahabat steemit….. salam sehat selalu…..
Saat ini sedang musim buah durian. Maka muncullah pasar durian dadakan, tampak dipinggir-pinggir jalan, disudut pasar dan dilapangan terbuka banyak orang menjajakan buah durian.IMG_20170810_175537[1].jpg
Buah yang dikenal dengan julukan “King of Fruits” ini memiliki karakteristik berduri tajam pada kulitnya, daging buahnya lembut, rasanya manis dan memiliki aroma yang khas. Memang tidak semua orang menyukai buah eksotik ini.
Banyak yang berfikir, buah ini mengandung kolesterol dan kalori yang cukup tinggi, sehingga buah ini dijauhi oleh penderita hipertensi, obesitas, jantung dan penderita diabetes mellitus, namun benarkah demikian???
Sayogyanya durian ini sama dengan buah yang lain. Memiliki segudang manfaat bagi tubuh kita ini. Yang terpenting adalah konsumsinya jangan berlebihan, hanya secukupnya. Beberapa penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa buah durian ini mengandung gizi makro dan mikro yang cukup banyak yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh kita ini.IMG_20170728_202245[1].jpg
Sekitar 100 gram daging durian mengandung 147 kalori. Ini tergolong tinggi, jika dibandingkan dengan buah lainnya. Gula alami pada durian seperti fruktosa dan sukrosa mudah dicerna oleh tubuh, sehingga dapat menghasilkan energi dengan cepat. Inilah mengapa konsumsi durian tidak boleh berlebihan bagi yang tidak melakukan aktifitas fisik yang berat.
Potassium yang tinggi pada durian dapat mengontrol tekanan darah, karena potassium dapat mengontrol kadar sodium dalam darah. Sodium yang terlalu tinggi dapat menyebabkan tekanan darah tinggi. Dengan mencukupi kebutuhan potassium, maka tekanan darah dapat terkontrol. Untuk hal ini lebih baik kita memilih durian yang belum terlalu matang, karena karbohidrat pada durian yang terlalu matang sudah berubah menjadi alcohol yang dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah. Pada penderita yang bermasalah dengan ginjal tidak dianjurkan untuk mengkonsumsi durian, karena mereka wajib mengontrol kadar potasium dalam tubuhnya.IMG_20170810_175558[1].jpg
Banyak yang beranggapan durian kaya akan kolesterol jahat, benarkah demikian????
Penelitian membuktikan durian tidak mengandung kolesterol jahat sama sekali. Karena durian mengandung lemak tak jenuh yang dapat menurunkan kolesterol jahat.
Durian dapat menjadi buah penangkal depresi, ini dikarenakan durian mengandung asam amino essensial, triptofan dan vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 bermanfaat memproduksi triptofan yang dapat membantu kelancaran produksi sekotonin, melatonin dan niacin ( vitamin B3 ) dalam tubuh.
Serotonin memiliki manfaat yang besar dalam menangkal depresi, sehingga dapat membantu jiwa terhindar dari mudah emosi yang diluar batas. Serotonin dapat membuat badan terasa lebih rileks, meningkatkan mood dan membuat perasaan terasa lebih gembira.
Melatonin merupakan hormon yang dapat menginduksi tidur, sementara serotonin adalah neurotransmitter yang dapar mengatur tidur dan suasana hati lebih bahagia.
Kandungan vitamin B1, B2, Vitamin C, kalsium, kalium serta Fe juga tinggi dalam durian. Vitamin B1 dan B2 bermanfaat menjaga kesehatan tulang dan gigi. Kandungan Vitamin C berfungsi sebagai antoksidan dan kandungan Fe dapat mencegah terjadinya anemia. Kandungan serat pada buah durian ini ternyata tinggi dapat mencegah terjadinya sembelit ( susah BAB ).

The fruit is known as the nickname "King of Fruits" has a sharp spiky characteristics on the skin, soft flesh, sweet taste and has a distinctive aroma. Indeed, not everyone likes this exotic fruit.
Many people think, this fruit contains high cholesterol and calories, so that the fruit is shunned by people with hypertension, obesity, heart disease and diabetes mellitus, but is it true ???
Generally, durian is the same as the other fruit. Has a myriad of benefits for our body. The most important is the consumption is not excessive, just enough. Some studies reveal that this durian fruit contains macro and micro nutrients are quite a lot needed by our body.IMG_20170728_202245[1].jpg
About 100 grams of durian meat contains 147 calories. This is quite high, when compared with other fruits. For this advantage, we better choose durian that is not too ripe, because carbohydrates in duria is too cooked has turned into alcohol that can increase blood pressure. In patients with problems with the kidney is not recommended to consume durian, because they are obliged to control potassium levels in the body.
Many think durian rich in bad cholesterol, is that right ????
Research proves durian does not contain bad cholesterol at all. Because durian contains unsaturated fats that can lower bad cholesterol.
Durian can be an antidote to depression, this is because durian contain essential amino acid, tryptophan and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is useful in producing tryptophan that can help smooth the production of serotonin, melatonin and niacin (vitamin B3) in the body.
Serotonin has great benefits in warding off depression, so it can help the soul to avoid the emotions that are out of bounds. Serotonin can make the body feel more relaxed, improve mood and make feelings feel more excited.

Vitamins B1, B2, Vitamin C, calcium, potassium and Fe are also high in durian. Vitamin B1 and B2 are beneficial in maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin C content serves as an antioxidant and Fe content can prevent the occurrence of anemia. Fiber content in durian is high, it can prevent the occurrence of constipation.
