Material made fruit jackfruit curry


- 700 grams of young jackfruit in small pieces.

Apa sahabat tau buah nangka muda banyak mengandung manfaat? Dan tentunya bisa di jadikan menu yang lezat untuk siang anda kali ini.

Apakah sahabat mau tau bahan dan cara mengolahnya? Pastinya saya akan membagikan resep untuk sahabat semua.

Bahan membuat kari buah nangka


- 700 gr buah nangka muda di potong kecil.

  • 300 gr kulit dan tulang ayam.

  • 1 gelas besar santan
  • 1 batang sere di memarkan.
  • 3 lembar daun salam.
  • 7 lembar daun kari.
  • 2 lembar daun pandan.
  • garam secukupnya.

Bahan yang di haluskan


- 20 gr cabe kering. - 7 buah cabe rawit. - 1 siung bawang putih - 5 siung bawang merah. - 3 biji kemiri atau 20 gr kelapa. - adas secukupnya. - 1/2 bungkus lada sachet - ketumbar secukupnya. - 1 ruas jahe. - 1 ruas lengkuas. - 1 ruas kunyit.

Cara memasaknya.


- tumis 2 siung bawang merah, sere, daun salam, daun kari dan daun pandan ke dalam minyak.

  • kemudian setelah berbau harum tuangkan semua bumbu yang telah di haluskan tunggu beberapa saat.

  • lalu tuangkan kulit dan tulang ayam tunggu 1 menit baru tuangkan buah nangka.

  • Setelah itu tuangkan santan dan aduk hingga merata dan tunggu sampai mendidih.

  • setelah mendidih aduk kembali agar santan tidak menggumpal dan tunggu sampai 25 menit sambil sesekali di aduk.

  • setelah kuahnya sedikit mengering dan buah nangka sudah empuk matikan api dan segera hidangkan dengan nasi putih selagi panas.
