Timphan is a small snack like lepat from Aceh.Bahan to make timphan consists of flour, banana, and coconut milk. All of these ingredients are then stirred until chewy. Then made elongated and in it filled with serikaya or grated coconut mixed with sugar. Then the dough is wrapped in banana leaves and steamed (boiled without soaking water) for one hour.
Keukarah is a confectionary made from a mixture of flour and coconut milk. The size of one adult's palm. It feels very crispy, sweet, crisp, and fragile. Because of its unique shape, this cake is often used as a souvenir that can be brought to anywhere.
