This dish is one of the dishes made from raw chicken that is quite delicious. The smell of chicken fried with a mixture of foliage will give off an appetizing aroma. Spices:
- Local garlic 2 cloves. Thinly thin slices.
- Pandan leaves fresh as much as approximately 10 pieces. Smooth fine slices.
- Lemongrass 2 pcs. Peel and take the middle white only.
- Leaves Salam Koja 10 pieces.
- Medium green chestnut. Wash and cut small.
- The local onion is 100 grams. Peel the skin and cut thinly thin.
- 2 pcs onion leaves. Cut thinly.
- 5 pieces of turmeric leaves. Cut into small pieces.
How to Make:
- Blend 100 grams of red onion, 3 pcs garlic, ginger, turmeric, 10 pepper, Asam Sunti and half a small spoon of salt.
- Take a medium-sized pot and put 50 grams of brown sugar, lemongrass that has been contaminated, 6 pcs orange leaves and spice on top.
- Add a quarter of a liter of clean water and chopped chicken. grab a small fire until the chicken is tender. Do not forget the occasional stirring so that the seasoning permeated and mixed perfectly.
- After the chicken is tender, lift and drain first before being fried.
- Take the pan and fill it with a little cooking oil (until all chicken meat is oil short). Heat with low heat.
