Material:
- 500 gr shrimp peeled
- 500 grams of young jackfruit
- 100 gr leaf melinjo
- 100 gr beans long
- 100 gr wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons pliek u
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- 1 bunch of kale
- Melinjo to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Ground spices:
- 20 pieces of chili pepper
- 8 pieces of red chili
- 8 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 pieces of asam sunti
- 2 tablespoons of serundeng
- 2 teaspoons of pepper
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Seasoning Iris:
- 10 pieces of large green chili
- 4 orange leaves
- 4 onions
- 1 stem of lemongrass
How to make:
- Clean shrimp with running water, peel off the shells and set aside.
- Fry pliek u until fragrant, then pour a glass of water, after boiling water to defecate and set aside his pliek u.
- Boil melinjo fruit and jackfruit until soft then dispose of water and set aside.
- Cut kale into a smaller size, cut into pieces of melinjo leaves and separate from the stems, cut into long beans with a size of 2 cm each.
- Saute the seasoning sliced and add spices to the fragrant spices, then enter the shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp change color.
- Enter the coconut milk, stirring so as not to break and then enter the jackfruit and melinjo followed by all vegetables.
- Enter salt and sugar, if you like also add flavor.
- After boiling and cooked vegetables immediately turn off the fire. Serve while still warm.
