Pertama sekali Nyak Kasem bermain Poker sekitar tahun 2009, tahun dimana Facebook sedang gencar melakukan aksi penetrasinya di Indonesia. Saat itu hampir semua warung kopi dan warung internet dipenuhi aktivis maya Texas HoldEm Poker. Bagi mereka yang punya modal lebih bisa bermain di kamar pribadi dengan sambungan koneksi internet dibantu perangkat modem. Sungguh sayang sekali jika anak muda zaman now tidak kenal modem, seonggok nyawa seukuran tv tuner. Kalau tv tuner juga tidak tau, anggap saja seperti sebuah flashdisk jumbo.
Bagi mereka yang tidak punya modal lebih maka warung internet menjadi pilihan terakhir yang paling memungkinkan. Orang-orang yang sudah kecanduan dengan dunia internet biasanya menggunakan amunisi "paket malam". Saat itu paket malam adalah tawaran khusus sangat menggoda yang ditawarkan pemilik warung internet. Seseorang dapat bermain sepuasnya dari pukul 11 malam sampai pukul 7 pagi hanya bermodalkan 10 ribu rupiah. Sejak saat itu pemandangan anak muda yang menjadikan warung internet selayaknya kamar pribadi menjadi hal yang lumrah. Bahkan mereka rela menggadaikan telur ayam kampung yang masih di dalam kandang demi memenuhi nafsunya untuk paket malam.
Kembali lagi ke Poker. Rata-rata pecandu poker itu berusia 20-an tahun ke atas. Jikapun ada yang di bawahnya itu cuma sedikit karena usia 20-an tahun ke bawah itu lebih tertarik untuk bermain game sejenis Point Blank wa akhawatuha. Atau mungkin sekarang ludo android juga termasuk dalam list permainannya. Saat itu belum ada yang main game online Clash of Clans apalagi Mobile Legend. Yah, memang setiap masa ada gamenya dan setiap game ada masanya. Kecuali Zynga Poker dan 8 Ball Pool. Ia akan tetap ada dan berlipat ganda.
Lalu bagaimana hubungannya antara Zynga Poker dan praktik kapitalisme? Jadi begini, bagi yang sering bermain poker pasti sering mendapatkan pemain dalam meja yang membawa budget tinggi diatas rata-rata. Jika duduk di meja 4M misalnya, dia akan menurunkan budget antara 60-80M. Sederhananya, dalam sebuah meja dia cenderung menurunkan budget sekitar 15 sampai 20 kali lipat dari budget minimum. Untuk orang yang seperti ini kita pantas menyebutnya sebagai pemilik modal, ya dia memang layak disebut kapitalis.
Pasalnya, orang-orang seperti ini bermain sangat rileks, nyaris tanpa beban moral bahkan beban modal. Tentu sangat berbeda dengan kaum proletar yang untuk memperoleh chips saja saja harus mengais dan mengorek-ngorek kiriman bonus dari teman dan harus menunggu dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk memutar bonus spin. Memprihatinkan sekali memang, sungguh nasib. Disini kita akan benar-benar terasa bahwa menjadi miskin itu ternyata sama sekali tidak enak.
Bagi pemilik modal, mereka bisa seenak dengkulnya melakukan raise tanpa perlu was-was terhadap peluang menang yang ada pada kartunya. Oh ya, raise itu bahasa inggris maksudnya menaikkan budget meja. (Ngerti kan? Adinda ini susah kali ngertinya.) Toh, bagi kapitalis melipatgandakan budget meja itu sama sekali tidak meresahkan mereka dengan chips yang cuma seberapa. Sering terjadi para pemilik modal ini justru menghamburkan chips dalam meja, padahal kartunya sama sekali tidak memiliki potensi besar untuk menang. Meskipun begitu hal ini dapat menyiutkan nyali kaum buruh yang harus merelakan modal awalnya terbang sia-sia. Kan taeks!
Bagi yang modalnya pas-pasan untuk mengeluarkan pajak meja pertama saja harus berpikir tujuh keliling, bahkan disaat memegang kartu As sekalipun. Soalnya, bisa saja sang kapitalis tadi melakukan raise di tengah jalan sebelum kartu dibuka. Kejadian seperti ini adalah moment terkampret bagi kaum buruh. Perilaku kesewenang-wenangan pemilik modal ini adalah pemicu kebangkrutan yang nyata bagi kaum proletar. Tentu saja ini harus dilawan supaya keadilan dapat ditegakkan sehingga pemerataan dapat dirasakan oleh semua rakyat Pokerians.
Tapi tunggu dulu, suatu waktu Kasem pernah menemukan orang yang dulunya buruh kini mendadak jadi miliarder. Ia menjadi orang yang terpandang di kalangan aktivis poker. Sangking kayanya ia nggak level lagi main di meja-meja murahan. Sekarang meja paling murah yang ia duduki adalah meja sepuluh juta (10 M), itupun sangat jarang. Harga segitu tak ada apa-apanya di depan kekayaannya yang milyaran itu. Terkadang ia juga suka menghambur-hamburkan chipsnya di atas meja, mungkin foya-foya adalah kesenangan baru baginya. Kini gaya permainannya pun tidak ubah seperti pemilik modal di awal cerita. Hobby-nya suka menggertak proletar, ketika proletarian mundur ia tertawa terpingkal-pingkal. Kebejatan ini sungguh menggerus hati nurani Kasem.
Sejak saat itu Kasem sepenuhnya menyadari bahwa semua akan menjadi kapitalis pada waktunya!
