Sauteed Vegetable Genjer

Materials and Seasonings:
200 grams of genjer is cut into pieces
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons ebi, brewed, crushed, and roasted
3 pieces of red chilli, cut into pieces
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar

50 cc water

2 tablespoons oil for sauteing

How to make:
