Al-Habib Ali ibn Muhammad al-Habsyi (Shohibul Maulid) gave the practice at noon on the Moon of Romadhon:
"Whoever reads al-Fatihah 7x, then blows on his hand and rubs it on his limbs as much as he can, then he will feel refreshed and will not feel thirsty during the day of Romadhon by the permission of Allah."
Hopefully it will help us to be more eager in reading the Qur'an and other worship services.

"Sesiapa yang membaca al-Fatihah 7x, kemudian bertiup di tangannya dan menggosokkannya ke atas anggota badannya sebanyak mungkin, maka dia akan merasa segar dan tidak akan merasa haus pada hari Romadhon dengan izin Allah."
Mudah-mudahan ini akan membantu kita untuk lebih bersemangat membaca Al-Quran dan perkhidmatan ibadah lain.
