Dear Steemians.

Among the bad qualities prohibited by the Shari'a is the nature of a hurry. This is the very nature which is expressed in the Qur'an as a trait and is even said to be part of Satan's nature.

Allah says to Prophet Muhammad:

لاتحرك به لسانك لتعجل به

Do not move your tongue to (read) the Qur'an because it wants to quickly (master) it. (Surat al-Qiyamah: 16)

Morals of the Prophet Muhammad is the Qur'an. He is morally and ethically with the Qur'an, therefore he is committed to this direction of God with no haste, and he is careful and patient. Therefore also the Prophet gave instructions to his people with sabdanya:

التأني من الله والعجلة من الشيطان

"The nature of slow (patience) comes from God. The Hadith is narrated by Abu Ya'la in his musnad and Baihaqi in Sunanul Qubro.Al Sheikh Al Albani in Al Jami 'Ash Shoghir says that this hadeeth is hasan)

Allah also says:

"So be patient with those who have perseverance from persecuted apostles. (Surah Al Ahqaf: 35)

The Messenger of Allah is the most patient and patient, and not in a hurry to face a problem as mentioned in the hadith.

Being quick to do good, and catching up to an opportunity that is in sight is a commendable and not a blameworthy act as mentioned above. As mentioned in the verse:

۞وسارعواإلى مغفرة من ربكم وجنة عرضها ٱلسموت وٱلأرض أعدت للمتقين

"And hasten to the forgiveness of your Lord and to the heavens as vast as the heavens and the earth that is reserved for the righteous." (Surah Al-Imran: 133)

Also the word of God tells the story of Moses:

قال هم أولآء على أثرى وعجلت إليك رب لترضى

Said Moses: "That is they are following me and I hasten to You. O my Lord, that thou may be pleased (to me) ". (Surah Thaha: 84)

What is said in haste is the haram is to decide the case without thinking mature, deliberation, and istikharah. Among the forbidden examples of haste is haste in praying for bad for the family, the treasure, and the child in anger. He said:

"And man is praying for evil as he prays for good. And human beings are in a hurry. "(Surah al-Isra: 11)

From Jabir ibn Abd Allah he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

لا تدعواعلى أنفسكم العربية

"Do not pray for the destruction of yourselves, do not pray for the destruction of your children, nor do you pray for the destruction of your treasures, lest the time you pray is when the petition is granted so that He grant your prayers ". (HR Muslim No. 3009)

We notice how much there are calamities, diseases, and destruction of generations that may be due to the ugly prayer upon them, while humans do not feel.

Among other examples is the man in a hurry so that his prayer immediately granted. From Abu Hurairah ra the Holy Prophet said:

العربية

"It granted one's prayer from you as long as he did not hurry, (where) he said:" I have prayed yet not answered my prayer "[Narrated by Al-Bukhari no. 5981 and Muslims.
