The architectural design of the new Australian Embassy building offers a diversity of expressions, drawing a unified and unified whole to represent the cultural diversity of Australia (nation's character).
The embassy consists of archive buildings, shelter for Australian Ambassador, 32 accommodation units for staff, medical and recreational facilities.
The largest and most important building is the archives, which contains offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, as well as 13 government departments and other agencies.
The shape of the building consists of 12 volumes of interconnected rectangles. These 12 squares create a solid mass to evoke the famous Australian landscape like Uluru, otherwise known as Ayers Rock - and Kata Tjuta.

Each volume is wrapped in mined metal in Australia to reflect the country's wealth of natural resources.
Cladding or layers of buildings, including zinc, aluminum, copper, brass and steel, and panels have embossed ornaments that add a layer of floral texture to the surface.
This building shows the impression of firm and confident. On one side, the building does not look 'Australian' but relies on a smoother reading of Australian characters.
On the inside, the shape and material used aims to complement the exterior. The central courtyard covered with transparent roof allows sunlight to enter the surrounding area through a window.

The Australian wood panel adds a warm feeling to the material palette and also has a hollow pattern.
Positioned next to the archive room, the Ambassador's residence is a two-story building, which makes the staggered facade defined by various light patterns and shadows. The front page of the residence has a swimming pool that reflects a large area in the center.
Meanwhile, a minimal pergola that is gradually covered by a canopy follows the path that runs along the edge of the pool.

It also has a black pavilion for the Australian exhibition house at the Venice Biennale, and a visitor center for prehistoric Stonehenge sites in England featuring a roof supported by over 200 steel columns.
