Materials in preparation:
- Salt enough with ½ tsp
- Coconut milk if 500 ml

- Vanilla is enough with ¼ tsp
How to Make Coconut Root Cake:
Now, let's start cooking this coconut root cookie recipe. The first stage, boil coconut milk by using a small fire to boil. Try when boiling the coconut milk, give a soft mortar so that the texture does not break.
When coconut milk is completely boiled, immediately input the prepared sugar. Stir back and wait until the sugar is completely dissolved completely. Set aside first.
In different containers, mix the sticky rice, vanilli, salt, and eggs. Stir all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed. If already margarine input that has been melted, then stir again.
Now pour the boiled coconut milk into a container containing the dough. Stir back until all the ingredients are doughy. Let stand for a while to dough and moist dough.
Meanwhile, heat the amount of oil in the pan. Avoid using oil that has been used twice, because it will greatly affect the delicacy of this coconut root cake later.
Take the dough that has been made, then input into each coconut root cake mold. If there is no mold, you can use a triangular plastic to form a dough similar to a coconut root.
When it is hot, insert the mold into it. Fry until the white dough turns brownish yellow. Drain to decrease the oil and store it in airtight jars until later presented. Please serve this coconut root cake along with hotcakes, peanuts, or other processed nuts.
In order to taste more special, you can also add sesame and cheese to the coconut root cake batter. If you do not like the sweet taste, then please reduce the sugar to taste salty on the cake is more dominating.
