An astronomy class was attended by 22 participants at Lhoknga Aceh Besar Observatory. This activity is carried out by the Ministry of KOMPAS (Community of Science Lovers) Institute of Da'wah Campus Al Ihsan Faculty of Agriculture Unsyiah cooperate with the observatory. Activity begins with the opening of the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an and the opening of the representative of LDK Al Ihsan and the opening of the observatory. The observatory was very enthusiastic about the astronomy class.
The material presented at this meeting is about the way of determining the Qibla delivered by Aznur Johar, a graduate of Falak Science UIN Walisongo. The material presented in the form of procedures to see the right direction of Qiblah so that participants can determine the direction of Qiblah easily while traveling.
Muhammad Al Muarif as representatives of the Al-Ihsan Campus Da'wah Institution expressed his gratitude for the willingness of the observatory to jointly succeed this astronomical activity. This activity is held because many students are interested in the science of astronomy. This motivates the Institute of Dakwah Campus to organize this agenda. Participants admitted happy and get knowledge that can be applied in everyday life and the participants hope this is used as routine activities with different materials.
