Salah satu hama komperatitor adalah siput (trisipan dan keong).

Para petambak ikan biasa menyebutnya dengan sebuatan leseh, tetapi sebenarnya leseh merupakan siput atau keong kecil pemakan plankton dan lumut. Jika leseh terdapat di tambak ikan, tentu saja dapat merugikan petambak ikan karena leseh ikut memakan pakan alami (kelekap, lumut, dan plankton) yang terdapat di tambak.
The fish farmers used to call it as leseh, but actually leseh is a snail or small snail eating plankton and moss. If leseh is found in fish ponds, of course, it can be detrimental to fish farmers because leseh participates in eating natural food (moss, and plankton) contained in ponds.
