INDONESIA STEEMIT COMMUNITY has grown, with Hf-19 changes in steemit the voting power of the Curator decreases very rapidly and takes 3 days or even 1 week to reach 100% return, many of the community members complain about not being able to Voting, Probably because of the power of the rapidly drained voting.

With the lack of Curator in Indonesia helping the members, this community leader makes a strategy to be able to help all members fairly, maybe the strategy applied by reducing the percentage in a post depends on the quality of the post, the best post will get more, the members of Steemit Indonesia Community in Recommend to make one post per day to facilitate the curator to share the voting with the average, and not forbid also to make more than one post per day, the strategy is applied using the percent system, percent vote depends on the quality of content, the most qualified posts will be 40 -60%, if the post less qualified will reach 5 -10%, this strategy will also be a challenge for members to be more advanced in making a good post and certainly not plagiarism.

This is an appropriate policy from our curators, and can be more motivation for members in writing a post that is not arbitrary.
