Hi fellas, this is my second post, I didn´t publish more because I was very busy, with a lot of work.
Now I bring to you a work just uploaded in my portfolio.
The SINIS Slab Prop Tripod is a safety tripod designed specifically for construction applications, it supports props to provide stability and safety.
It is a work I did for the company between 2020 and 2021, the idea was to be able to manufacture this tripod in the country(Argentina), then research was conducted on this type of tripods around the world.
Design Thinking was used as a working methodology.
RESEARCH - DEFINE - IDEATE - PROTOTYPE - TEST - ITERATE.
Repeating the stages of the project as many times as necessary to have the product ready to go to market.
I had a lot of field and factory work prototyping and validating the product.
My work was:
Creating a product development memory.
documenting the work from drawings to be manufactured.
Creating files for laser cutting of sheet metal and laser cutting of pipes.
Defining its construction method.
Testing and validating stages of the product.
Testing and validating the product.
Designing a welding device.
I left the product managed in the ERP platform of the company SINIS.
