"Newish" reward results..........Since the reward change that happened in June.

So my last update for the new reward system was in July, I have now compiled almost 3 months of rewards using my main and secondary accounts.
I am going to post pics from "Splintershare" showing the monthly totals. My primary account has fluctuated between silver tier all the way to diamond tier whilst my secondary account has spent most of the seasons in bronze thru gold. I was trying to see if there was any kind of benefit in reaching for higher tiers or not, considering I have to rent on both accounts to compete in the higher tiers.

As I'm sure anyone that is playing in Splinterland is aware that some people are claiming there has been some "ninja nerfing" going on in the lower tiers and to be honest with you, my accounts lead me to believe there isn't a significant difference between EOS rewards in the bronze tiers to the EOS rewards in gold or even diamond. That may be due the ease with which I can get bronze, silver and gold chests, and the amount of time it took me to get back up to diamond tier during the season. So I can't say without a doubt that any nerfing has gone on, I will say, however that my June rewards in my primary account were astronomically more than July and August rewards of both accounts combined.

As much as I tried to keep this as "scientific" and repeatable, I must admit there are far too many contributing factors that effect the results. The only thing I can say for certain, is that by playing a game I enjoy with two accounts, I have earned over $150.00 in deflationary rewards. Meaning the value of each NFT I earned will continue to increase. Whilst it's not life changing wealth, this is the way all accounts of value start. With "passive income" and yes I consider this as passive income since it is income given for doing something I would be doing any way.
In my last update I was also talking about "flipping" cards, staking SPS and DEC in order to maximize the Airdrop and Staking rewards. The simple fact that I was focusing on this as my goal, the value of my deck and wallet has increased in a way that it otherwise wouldn't have. Am I a whale? Not by a long shot, but am I on my way? You bet your ass I am!
Not to mention the upcoming opportunity to get in on the ground floor and get "Genesis Packs" from the upcoming partnership with the MLS project. So excited by this partnership!

Sorry for all the pics, I have been told that long posts without pictures to break it up is exhausting.
I can't say it enough, this game has the potential to bring anyone willing to invest their Time and Attention, life changing money.
Yes of course, their is no denying that the more money you have to invest, the larger the payoff, and the quicker it comes.
Having said that, irrespective of the dollar amount invested, in order to truly reap the rewards and benefits from Splinterlands, the most important investment is your involvement and Time and Attention.
This isn't an investment opportunity where you throw some money at it, let it sit and make money like you would with stocks, a 401K, and forget about it and watch it mature. The more active you are, the greater the rewards.
