RE: IFC, STEEMIT, CRYPTO! WHY??

@kryptocek, I had similar thoughts with this platform and if it wasn't for communities like @ifc, I don't know if I would even be as active as I am, even though it's not too much. I enjoy being a part of something that is positive and doing great things! And it's a hell of a lot of fun!

Totally man. Before I would come on and enter some sports contest here and there but I really didn't feel like posting since it was practically like talking to a ghost. Of course not having much SP didn't help the cause since people wouldn't come to your page.

This is fun though and you grow organically and just makes it a fun little hobby to come too. Being apart of a fun little community! :D

Content getting lost in the Steem void is EXACTLY the reason my team came up with PredictEV, the prediction-focused social network we're building. Steem is an awesome idea, but its general-purpose nature can make it difficult for posts to be discovered. We believe that by focusing on a niche like sports predictions, rather than taking a shotgun approach to the topics we support, our users will be better able to engage in conversations and form communities.

I just wrote a post about PredictEV a bit earlier today if you want to check it out. We also recently released our whitepaper, which you can find here.

Thats awesome I will look more into it tonight! The concept seems brilliant though!

I would have to agree! My posts reflect that onceI started helping @apolymask with the #informationfinding championship I started posting a bit more frequently and allowing the way I've learned so much thatI may not have learned without steemit!!! Plus I've "met" quite a few awesome people along the way!

Totally. I mean in my little time knowing you, everyday you'd post in the group how you mastered so new coding or whatever function here on Steemit and that's helped me along the way as well!
