Could be. I get the point about her being described as autistic hard to believe and manipulative. I have a nephew that is slightly autistic and the boy's affect is pretty much emotionless. So yes, that is probably manipulation of the populace's emotions to drive home the topic of climate change and the contributions of human beings actions to the adverse climate.
