What i wish to know in this vein, is what if the person is telling a specifically misleading narrative.
If they know of the difference between your usage of a word and their usage of a word, then is it a lie?
Such as:
We plan to go to Mars.
The population believing that Mars is a planet orbiting the sun
NASA knowing that Mars is an area beyond Antarctica.
Free energy would be a perpetual motion machine and as such cannot exist.
The population believing that a free energy device would be like a wheel spinning forever.
The black budget scientist knowing that energy is available everywhere in the universe, just as you would plug your lamp into any socket.
