Dear @julianhorack

There are none more hopelessly enslaved, than those who falsely believe they are free

Goether was wrong. This kind of enslavement is not the most hopeless. It's the most blessed one.

I was told once "stuipid people are the most happy people" and it's clearly that way. From my experience - those who talk about topics similar to modern slavery are the once unhappy.

Those who wake up early morning, go to work 5 times a week and do not think much about that topic - they are happier.

After all our mindset is also very important. If we live our lifes feelig like slaves - then we're really doomed. Simple as that.

If we're clueless and we believe that we work hard, we get paid and that we're free - then it's much much easier. Wouldn't you agree?

ps. I'm go

Dear Piotr,

You are confusing the idea of "being hopelessly enslaved" with "being happy". They may be related, but the concept is NOT the same. In fact, it is because they ARE happier that they are "hopelessly enslaved".

The concept of "hopelessly enslaved" is due to the fact that they make no attempt to break free of the slavery. Those who feel the oppression will be more likely to do something to try and break free.

There is an English saying - Ignorance is bliss - that seems to be what you are saying. It depends on the circumstances the person is living in. A rich person may be materially happy although uninformed about higher truths and be blissful in their ignorance. However, a poor person struggling to survive may be ignorant as to how to escape, and thus be unhappy in their ignorance. Both are in ignorance or are foolish as to the real answers. And both need uplifting into a clearer perspective of their reality, out of their ignorance.
