The issue of insecurity has been a prevailing issue in our nation in the past few years, and especially we see that to be very alarming in season of leadership transition and political engagement.
It's all happened during the Operation Hadin Kai, the troops of the nigerian army, as reported had an encounter with the boko haram commander's convoy, the terrorists group leader by name Abubaka Sarki, the attack took place at the sambisa forest, it is reported that the number of terrorists killed have not yet been confirm.
We gathered from the news men that the General officer that is in charge and the commander of (GOC) 7 Division of the nigerian army also the commander of section 1 north East operation **Hadin Kai (OPHK), By name Maj. Gen. Waidi Shaibu, this happened at Yuwe, on Saturday within konduga Local Government Area of Borno State Nigeria.
It has been gathered that an counter-insurgency expert and security analyst located at Lake chad, revealed after sighting the convoy of the boko haram commander along with an unconfirmed number of fighters, with this information, the nigerian army was able to massively deploy the use of artillery gun that was used in the devastating hits on the terrorists.
The sources added that intelligence information had it that Abubakar Sarki and his team were heading toward Abu-Ubaida's camp to engage their rival fighters from the Islamic State of the West African Province (ISWAP), in a battle of supremacy.link
While doing the ground assessment after the attack, it was confirmed that about three gun trucks along side with all its occupants were completely destroyed, but also about five vehicles including the commander escaped, though the escaped but actually the mission was aborted and the dead and wounded boko haram fighters between pulka and Banki, was evacuated, the troop was also commanded to go after the remaining terrorists and as well neutralise them.
LEADERSHIP reports that the infighting between the two terrorists groups had intensified with the ISWAP fighters hunting their Boko Haram rivals during the day time while the Boko Haram members because of their knowledge of the terrain use the cover of darkness to embark on their own reprisal attacks.

it was also revealed by the intelligent infornation that the commander Abubaka Sarki was actually heading with his team to the Abu-Ubaida's camp to engage the rival fighters from the Islamic State of the (ISWAP) in the battle of supremacy. the troops also in the related development has as well rescued a woman that was abducted over eight years ago by the boko haram terrorists.
The woman identified as Shetu Sangayama and her four children, including a four-month-old baby, were abducted when Boko Haram terrorists invaded her home town in Bama in 2014.
Sangayama was 30 years old and nursing her fourth child when Boko Haram terrorists abducted her and her four children.
The terrorists reportedly butchered some of her relatives and set their home ablaze before matching them into a life of captivity that would later last for eight years.
it was reported that this misery began back then, when this terrorists gang Boko Haram, which was then officially known as Jamā'at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da'wah wa'l-Jihād had stormed Bama town a night in September in the year 2014, that was when they declared the territory an Islamic caliphate.
it is reported that hundreds of life's were killed, women abd children were as well abducted and forcefully turning them into terrorists.
The extremists kidnapped girls and used them for many things, including as sex slaves and suicide bombers while the young boys were trained to become combatant child soldiers, spies, scouts, cooks, and bodyguards for the sect.
Shetu and her four children, as well as other abductees, arrived at a camp called Ukuba in Sambisa forest where Shetu was immediately separated from her three children, leaving her with the four-month-old child.
She was told that if she escaped the four children would be killed.
She was later forcefully married to a Boko Haram terrorist, who held her hostage and enslaved her for eight years.link.
