Colombians Protest Against Cuba - Live Coverage From Bogota

Josh Friedman reports live from a protest outside the Cuban embassy in Bogota.

Below you can watch the replay of my first action in Latin America. Colombian libertarians (and a Cuban, Venezuelan and American) protested outside the Cuban embassy in Bogota on Saturday. Things got a bit testy about 2/3 of the way through the stream. A woman confronted the protesters, and a screaming match ensued. The woman then ended up walking into the Cuban embassy. There was a quite large police presence for this small protest. Apparently violence has broken out previously at demonstrations outside the Cuban embassy. As you hear in interviews conducted during this stream, the protesters want Colombia to sever diplomatic ties with Cuba. It's also worth noting there is lots of animosity from these libertarians toward Ron Paul and his institute/right hand man.
