Vietnam#6: Too pressing, The petitioner poured petrol on himself to self-immolate

In the last few days there were two women when complaints poured petrol on themselves insist on self immolation.

The first case is a non-literate person living in Tra Vinh, went to Hanoi to complain. She poured petrol on her and be prevented in time so can not light fire.
The second case took place on the afternoon of 12/11/2018, Mrs. Phuong carrying two bottles of petrol, just poured the first bottle on her own at had been barred.

Mrs. Phuong is a child in a family have merit with the Communist Party of Vietnam during the war years. Phuong's mother bought 16,000m2 land in SaiGon City before 1975. After 1975, this land was local authorities distributed voluntary to Mr. Nguyen Van Nho (he is the leader of Police Chief H.Binh - later as Director of the Institute People's Procuracy Binh Chanh) and Western Station (Mitaco) use.

Phuong is the land complaint throughout 40 years. Ms. Phuong's case, the Government paid special attention when there are 5 directives of the Prime Minister & 6 times the Government Office issued a written request for settlement.

Before, on the morning 02/07/2018 Mr. Bui Huu Tuan is also a petitioner burned himself front of the headquarters of the Citizen reception agency of the Government Inspectorate at No. 1, Ngo Thi Ngam, Quang Trung Ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi. See more about this case at here

Problem solved complaints in Vietnam, there are many cases that last from one century to another.

Examples:
Mr. Suong, Muu Quy - the person being prosecuted, arrested, temporarily detained for murder 41 years ago, died five years ago. To date, he has been proven innocent and be sorry on 29/01/2018. & Mr. Them, Van Tran (in Bac Ninh) is a death sentence after 43 years to be cleared. See more about 2 case at here

Mr. Huy complaints since 1981 (now dead) and then his son is Mr. Ta Tuyen - continue to complain until today. Although much of the content of the complaint is legal, it remains unresolved. See more about this case at here or here
