RE: Half of young Americans say their degree is irrelevant to their work

My poor cousin. He went to college to major in communications. We all knew he was making a major mistake. Since he's graduated, I don't even know how many jobs he's been in and out of. He has no clue what he wants to do, but the bigger problem yet is that he hasn't any worth ethic. He never really learned the safisfaction that comes from a hard job done well.

Thing is, those who work hard only get more work as a reward, not more salaries.

Anyone who has worked for a company bigger than small will tell you respect for the workers is sadly a rare thing to come across. Most companies suck the work out of everyone, pay dismally small wages, while the big companies and the top 1% rejoice like it's sunshine and rainbows. There is no denying this.

It is therefore wiser to work smart, not hard. Keep on struggling.
