Ooofff! It took me a long time to find this
https://steemit.com/steem/@stevekelly/steemit-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly
A long time ago, when I started with Steemit, it seemed great to me to earn money just by posting all kinds of information. And obviously more than a year ago, it was easier to post for newcomers, unlike today you hardly publish and you make two or three comments and all your resources went to zero and you have to wait a while for again to post.
Well, I noticed then, a post that caught my attention, the one I put at the beginning. This person made a post about the good, the bad and the ugly of Steemit at that time (I think Steemit was not its first year). I had never seen a person with a reputation below 25 at that time, however, to my amazement there were those who had negative reputation values. At first, I did not understand how that was possible
Maybe it's true that all posted will never be erased. But I assure you that that person will not post again either. And if that person wanted it, he would have to work a lot to achieve the power to post again if he is allowed to do so.
Then, from that moment, I was very careful to avoid conflicts with people with power or to make comments or to make a post that offends or dislikes in any way the whales or any other person with more power than me.
Especially for people like me, who depend a lot on Steemit to get their livelihood.
So, I agree with my friend @crypto.piotr, YES they can censor you and even eliminate your ability to re-post and vote.
There are governmental, international organizations, such as the SEC, that can censor or eliminate, if they wish, a particular blockchain.
And I think it's not difficult, just like Morris' worm in the late 80s almost takes over the internet, it's possible to make a worm that eats blockchain.
Think about it
