sir mepatriot! oh you mean people can't sell their houses without taking a loss? then like last time they'll just walk away in a collapse. that's what we did for a living in Ohio, that exact situation, thousands just walked away.

oh we had a real estate company and we specialized in taking houses that the banks lost to foreclosure or the people walked or the banks foreclosed on, we'd take the houses, process them and resell them for the banks.
In other words the banks paid us to do their dirty work!
How does one do that for a living?
