sir smithlabs, a lady on here has migraines, can you give the recommendation for Feverfew again and where you get it?

    Happy to. I give Debbie 5 "00" capsules twice a day, along with two "00" capsules of the spice Thyme twice a day. The thyme helps the system absorb the Fever Few.

    Debbie has severe Migraines , due to the MS, so your friend may not need as much. Use only as much as needed to control her problem.

    I get my herbals from www.our4corners.net because fresher is better, and bulk is less expensive too. Give her my email if she needs to ask more, I am happy to help!

      It is a capsule size. It is the largest standard capsule that is still easy to swallow.

      I would recommend that she make her own capsules. Fresher, and less expensive. You can save 70%, for more effective medicine.

      I will be happy to coach her if I can help. Migraines suck!
