"Scientific Registering of Serious Hereditary and Congenital Illnesses... designed to weed out children who would likely become a burden to the state"
This is already common and encouraged thanks to abortion. The State isn't even forcing it, they've got people volunteering to participate! (Unless I put on my tinfoil hat, and theorize that the outrageous costs of healthcare are designed to accomplish just that.) I couldn't even begin to count the number of pregnancy/birth stories I've read (and as a member of Babycenter, it's a lot!) that go like this: "at x weeks we found out the baby would (or would likely/even would possibly) have x issue. The doctor suggested/recommended I abort it."
The genocide of Down Syndrome babies via abortion is well documented. People are applauding countries like Iceland that have just about "eradicated it." This isn't polio. These are people! But with fascist thinking, it's perfectly acceptable.
Unfortunately it seems America is leaning more and more in that direction. People want to be taken care of cradle to grave, and have no regard for the price (freedom).
I couldn't have said it better! I donate to LifeNews a pro life organization (not much, but what I can). I've written extensively and will do more about Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood and eugenics.
