That's the way it's going. Eugenics was never extirpated; it got beaten down but it has a plausible-sounding rationale that made it unkillable.
No wonder so many folks are putting out warnings about it coming back.

Yep; that's another one to watch for. Thankfully - I don't know why - those schemes center on cities and the suburbs.
Because beginning with Clinton, continuing through Obama, most of the rural areas have already been "claimed" by the Fed Govt. Now they're after the suburbs and cities. Private rural farms will be driven out of business by companies such as Monsanto, Cargill and ADM. When they can't compete, their land will be seized. Already people are getting thrown in jail for saving rain water and growing organic foods (Obama did an exec order nationalizing food & food production and water- not to mention oil, gas and other commodities)
