As of Thursday morning, May 28, 2020, Donald Trump is on the verge of issuing a presidential executive order that aims to remove constitutionally-guaranteed protections for social media platforms - specifically Twitter. This executive order is clearly a fulfillment of his promise earlier this week to "strongly regulate or shut down" social media platforms. His pledge and his executive order today are nothing more than acts of revenge in response to Twitter's decision to fact-check one of his tweets. The tweet in question falsely and without evidence claimed that mail ballots for U.S. elections would lead to widespread voter fraud. He has also tweeted this week that social media platforms are stifling conservative voices, despite the fact that legions of right-wing/conservative advocacy sites are thriving without obstacles on Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms.
Ironically, President Trump claims his executive order is designed to protect free speech and fairness, recalling the doublespeak of the Ministry of Truth in Orwell's "1984". Surely nobody has posted more dangerous and false content online than this man. Delete his Twitter account!

So what you are saying is that sharing something across different platforms is frowned upon? That I shouldn't try to use a "Social media platform" to spread a message that benefits from having as many people see it as possible?
I am not going to re-write a petition - It is what it is.
Do you go after people who post to YouTube, and duplicate those posts to eSteem? I don't think you do.
